Send it the way guests communicate
Share the link via WhatsApp, email or SMS. A QR code can provide a second entry point inside the property. Sharing messages are prepared for you to send; automated channel messages and OTA synchronization are not included.
What happens when you cancel?
The customer can stop renewal and keep access until the end of the paid period. At expiry the online guide is suspended, while exporting your own content remains available. The downloadable Kit is separate and not necessary to subscribe.

Frequently asked questions
How many properties are included?
You can manage several properties in one account. Each property has its own guide and needs its own active Cloud subscription for publication; adding a private draft does not activate a paid subscription.
Can I export my guide?
Yes, you can export the guide data and print a copy in Italian, English, French, German or Spanish. Translate and review your content first; any fallback text is marked with its original language.
Does Cloud include the complete kit?
No. The kit with Excel and the operational materials is a separate product.
